Its been a wonderful week as we collected about 10 kgs of rice, dal and also bought 2 buckets (that was requested for by this old age home) and donated it to the home of destitute senior citizens at Anbu Karangal, Chennai. To say the least it was an amazing feeling to see them smile and welcome us to their home. Their life is very basic with a few beds and no mattresses to speak of. They were happy to receive anything we gave them. Our plan is to help them with what ever we can provide to make their lives easier
